FacePing SDK licence

The FacePing SDK (the FacePing software development kits for .NET MAUI, Android and iOS, including the FacePing.Sdk and FacePing.Sdk.Maui NuGet packages, the ai.faceping:faceping-android Maven package and the FacePing Swift package, and the native core and face models bundled with them) is licensed, not sold. Wiretouch Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the SDK to build and run apps that work with your own FacePing account, under the terms for that account:

• sandbox accounts: faceping.ai/terms
• live accounts: your FacePing customer agreement

You may include the SDK in apps you distribute to your users, as part of those apps. You may not sell or redistribute the SDK on its own, use it without a FacePing account, or remove these notices. You may not extract, copy or reverse engineer the SDK or its models, except where the law allows it.

The SDK includes third-party components under their own licences: see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in each package.

THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. Your account's terms set out Wiretouch Ltd's responsibilities to you.
